I get so many calls on any given day, from Buyers asking about one of my listings, it got me to thinking. They must be doing this for each and every listing they see on the MLS that they think might be of interest to them! This made me think some more, do they not know that as a Realtor®, I can show them ANY home on the market, including homes NOT listed by me or my company?
Nowadays, it’s just not the Realtors® who have the access to information online, but the Public at large, so in other words, we are no longer the “gate keepers” so to speak of the information, but we are the interpreters! What does that mean exactly? If you are moving to a completely different neighbourhood, I will do all the necessary legwork to ensure there are no surprises after the sale.
