According to stats compiled using data from the MLS® system of the Southern Georgian Bay Association of Realtors®, comparing inventory from May 2015 to May 2016, our inventory level is down by 7.8%. This, coupled with the unprecedented low interest rate we are experiencing, makes it an opportune time to sell and buy in Southern Georgian Bay!
